| Post subject: | Power Steering cooler piping failure on 2010 H190 4.3 engine |
This is my first posting. I have had a failure of the plastic power steering cooler at the back of the engine. I have a 2010 H190 with a Merc 4.3 TKS engine. Anyone seen this before? It looks like an epoxied fitting into the main body of the cooler. The hose is then clamped onto the fitting. Looks like a poor design as I was taking on water fast until I figured out the problem. Anyone heard of a recall on this item? Is this common? |
