Wash down system?

On my dock we do not have running water. I scrub and wash down regularly and my current method of getting the soap out of the interior is a old plastic juice container.

Would it be worth it to install a washdown kit on my H180?

So I'll need the thru-hull with strainer, shutoff valve, some hose, and that pump kit. I'll purchase all the parts and just have a local shop install it, I've been working 60+ hours and the weekends I just want to play.

I was thinkin, get a better looking metal hose fitting for the hull and mount it next to the fuel cap? I don't know.

For under $300 installed probably it's so worth it. Maybe install a sediment filter too

I need to enlarge the drain holes on the deck too. 1/4in just doesn't drain very fast!
