What's up? I am new to the forum. I got my 2007 h220 last may. Black hull, 5.0, wakeboard tower/ racks, nautique wedge sacks, bow sack, 5% tint, removed decals, roswell black powder coated 4 speaker/3 light bar combo(off of 2007 supra 21v world's edition), Some other stuff im sure i forgot. Anyone on here install perfect pass? I am going to order it soon and was looking for pointers. This is MY first boat besides an 11ft dingy i had. Ive been boating all my life and my family have always had boats. Ill upload some pics soon. Nice to meet everyone.

Nice meeting you. Wiked Awesome pic. Comforting to see some moves are possible on the Hs with some tuning and skill. Really interested in some boat pics too.

Yea man. This boat has to be the best i/o boat for riding i have been behind. I ride behind sante's and a few other inboards and the wake is great. But i still like mine better( maybe because i do 80% of riding behind mine). The only other boats wake i like more is a vlx. I ride at 24mph at either 65 or 70 feet. Behind sante 210's like 80ft or more is the equivelent to the wide wake on my 220 at 70 ft. Only complaint i have is the lack of power. I have teh 270hp volvo 5.0. The bow sac helps alot but id like 50 more hp but whatever. Ill take some pics when i get off work.

Are you running the stock prop? That would be a quick fix for the towing power. Being a boarder, you probably don't care about losing 5 mph top end anyway.

Yea I am running a 3 blade stainless. What prop do you have? Here are some pics of the boat. Its reallllllllly dirty so bare with me. Id like to get a new prop, perfect pass, bottom paint it black to match, powdercoat the tower black, and beef up the stereo a little more.

Please excuse the tape on the blower tube. A friend cracked it trying to take out the sac. I was holding it up with that while i was fixing it.

+1 to Brent. Definitely good to have another serious boarder on here. How much weight are each of the sacs? Mostly interested in how much you're putting in those transom hatches. I've pretty much gone without weight in the back, based on the theory that some up trim is the equivalent to weight. You ride at 70'+? You must be a pretty good rider. I like your LF Trip-my brother rides one of those (I ride a LF Team 143) and his seems to have a little more pop than mine. That IS a trip, isn't it?

I've installed PP on my rig. Search through the Horizon forum-I've got a thread in there with pics and a step-by-step walkthrough. Are you running a Merc or Volvo? Looking at the HP, I'm guessing Volvo. If it is a Merc, I'd recommend a High 5 prop to help with your power issue.

Thanks man. Yea i usually ride 65 at 24mph. But i go 70 when i want to wake to wake alot more. That board was a substance 138. I ride a 137 ps3 now. Def go for a 3 stage rocker if you want pop. I ride finless so i can slide around when i do spins and not catch traction if i over rotate. The sacs are rated at 750 front 520 rear i think.I dont think the front is 750 more like 600 and the rears are prolly 500 or so. I have some fat bricks also I use when there is an odd number of people. THey are like 150 a piece.I usually only use one tomove around the boat.

I'm wrong, my brother's board is a substance. Yours is exactly the same as his.

What is your setup? 5.0 Merc? Alpha One?

If so, I'd recommend talking to Merc. The general rule is sort of "keep the same pitch" but I've heard of Merc telling some people to drop down a few numbers- like from 21 to 19.

THOSE PICS ARE THE $H!T. Oh, I can't wait (bounce bounce bounce). My 210 should look exactly like that - ordered the tower instead of the arc and even planned on doing the tint but thought I might have the frame powdered black. Got myself a LF synergy which I was told should be a good beginner board and last me to intermed (if I get that far) but man I had a hard time last season. I really want to get the hang of it this year. How long have you been at it before you could start doing inverts like that? Its a real tragedy there is not a form of posting video clips here - I can gaurantee that when I start getting after it, it will be soooo worth watching. Ah well there's AFV

Thanks bro. Well, i learned to get up at 13. Rode for a year than quit b/c i diddnt have a boat. Just picked it back up may 07 when i got my 220(now 21). Ive progressed insanely. I dont know many people who have only been really riding for a year and can do about ten inverts and up to 720's in spins  . I could only clear the wake when i was young. Thats it. Its all in how hard you want it. The best thing to do is get a trampoline and rig up a rope. The hardest thing about wake is what to do with the handle while your flipping/spinning at the same time. Just go as much as possible. Get your basics down then just go for it. Thats a good beginner board i got a lf team for my first board last year and have gotten new ones with the progression. I could never learn to throw a seven on my team but it spins so effortless with the ps3. Just my.02
