Not bad! I'm wondering what my 2000 H180 with all my improvements/upgrades could fetch.

I can't wait to upgrade!!

I've looked at a few boats and honestly my fave is still the 2004 era 205 Sundowner. It's a nice small boat that fits well on my lake, and has the wrap around seating (my favorite feature), wet bar, cabin, potty, camper canvas, cooler storage, swim platform, etc. I started a savings account a few months ago to supplement the selling of my boat to be able to afford one hopefully sometime this year or early next. I'm very happy with my 2000 H180 but having the cabin is much more appealing to me then having bow seating.

Thats kind of where i stand now i kind of want something i can sleep on, but if i could find a 260 with a camper enclosure i would probably take it i found an 2001 260 horizon in Kentucky for 19,000 asking, im trying to come up with a number to shoot him that he would be offended by but its cheap enough i could turn a profit and sell it for 25,000

I thought about that too with my H180, just do a camper enclosure BUT I do like the cabin of a cuddy far better. Plus you can A/C it. Heck, I'd probably be out in it every night watching TV bbqing dinner on the magma. 2003-5 S210's sell in the 20k range also. If I can get close to 10 for my H180 and sell my motorcycle I never use, it's just a matter of finding "the right one"

Good to know that I could sell my boat around here if I wanted to! I absolutely love everything about this boat. It is perfect for my family and friends and makes for good overnighters on the weekends with the camper enclosure. I one day would like to have a 248 but right now I know I have the right boat for my family. :D

You have exactly the boat I want. Would the berth comfortably sleep someone that's 6'1?

I am 6'4" and my wife is 5'6". We are comfortable and my feet do not hang out of the cuddy.

Could you take some interior shots? I can't find anything on the web for the 205, they're all just looking through the door.

Can you sit up in the cuddy without really "ducking down" to do things like... play a game of cards or watch tv? Sorry for asking so many questions, there's just no 205's around the state forsale to go jump in and scope out here in FL. When I do ever buy one it's probably going to be done over the web and shipped.

I had a 225, moved up in a year to a 268. 225 was nice, but cramped, I couldn't sit up in it, and I'm 6'.

What year was your 225? I have no problem sitting up in mine. My head is touching the ceiling but I am not bending my neck. I dont think in Florida you will spend much time in the cuddy except to sleep in winter. In the summer it gets pretty hot in there, but we have a little 12v fan that we use and my 3 yr old takes daytime naps in there. On most nights here in Ohio during the summer, we have 70's for lows at night, so its not bad. I know they make AC units that will fit mine, but how do those work without a genny? You must have to keep the engine going which I would not want to do. I have two batteries and I run down one battery overnight with the nav light and fan going all night.
