Anyone know where to get one of these? it is the ball joint socket on my bimini... there are 4 of them, and one of them fell off while I was trailering. I guess the screws came loose over time... This part also has the cotter pin attached to it to lock the ball joint...

I've checked West Marine, wholesale marine, and a few other places but they don't have these... I don't even know what the part might be called. Maybe McMaster Carr would have them?

wow... what a great find! That store has tons more bimini stuff than I have seen at others and without rip off pricing... I wonder if there are different ball/socket sizes and I need to measure/verify... that part looks almost identifcal...

Thanks for that!

MPD is the "Mecca" for bimini parts. I suspect that the ball/socket size is the same, as there are not many varieties of bimini attachments just like that.

well, I looked at it again, and there is one difference between that part and the one I have. That part has a flat base, and we need the curved... end up finding one here:

slightly more money, but not too bad I guess. What sucks is I know where the part is within about 500 ft of street because I think I heard it fall off... Unfortunately it is one busy 2 lane street and not worth risking my life to find it :-)
