Post subject: | Adjustable Seat |
Has anybody replaced there seat posts with an adjustable one? Was it easy, and is there on available option that is adjustable and has a slider. What I am found from Garelick but it's not a slider? My girlfriend is to short and when we boat on Lake Erie on a rough day she can barely stay in the seat because her feet don't touch the ground. Thanks, |

Rarely use the height adjustment, but the swivel and slide are used constantly. This. The bolt pattern should be generic and it's a simple swap. That one above is rated for driver use. Really nice product. |

Cool; my wife complains her feet don't reach the floor in the boat. How come the price is in UK pounds? |

How do the seats bolt to the floor? Are there threaded inserts in the floor or do they just screw into the fiberglass? I'm thinking about getting a lift myself....I seem to always find myself sitting on the throw cushion with the bolster up. Swapping out my post to give me some lift might be a lot more comfortable. Do the holes in the bottom of the seat match up with this post? Thanks. |
