The main thing is clean fuel. If you don't know when it was done last, then change the large water separating fuel filter. Make sure to fill the new one with gas CAREFULLY at least 3/4 full to help the fuel pump prime or else it will suck air.
Check all fluid levels: engine, outdrive, trim system
If it has not been done: raw water impeller, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor
If you can determine how old the battery is: If more than 4 years old replace it.
Don't forget you also have a trailer to maintain too.
Tires, bearings, brakes.
