What's the difference between the 250 Horizon and the 260?

They both seem to be 26 feet long with a 8 foot 6 inch beam.

Nothing. In '06 they re-numbered almost all the models. The 230 is now the 240, the 214 is now the 224, and the 250 is now the 260. The same happened almost entirely across the line.
