This usually only happens after I have been running around a while. I will pull the throttle back in a semi rapid fashion from usually about 3000 - 3500 RPM where I normally cruise at to the Idle Drive detente. The motor will die, and it'll be fairly difficult to get started again. The Boat is a 2004 Four Winns 214 fun ship. The motor is a Jasper rebuild, of a 5.0 GXI. I have also replaced the fuel pumps about 30 hours ago. Has anybody else experienced a problem like this? If so were you able to figure out what was going on. Thanks! |
