I'm getting the last few things dialed in. My electric hatch lift does the job, but complains along the way. Worse at a couple of spots. I greased the drive, but still doing it. Any ideas? |

See if you can turn the inner shaft 180* + running it up and down a few times with heavy grease seemed to have helped remove most of the chatter. Also on some models there may be a zerk grease fitting down on the electric motor area that could use a few pumps. Sometimes it's hard to see down there as it's usually on the back side if it's there. Good luck. ![]() |

Maybe I got it 180 out when I disconnected it to re-do the hatch foam. It was operating smoothly before that. I did grease the zerk, but no fix... |
