My blower is located under the stern flip-up pad (where you can store bimini top), there should be 2-4 vents there, the blower will have a "accordian" style hose attached to it (like a dryer vent hose). Horn is up under the dash (at least I think I saw it there the other day, could be wrong)...

I had a really noisy blower on this boat and replaced it years ago with a Rule in line blower that works fine. Make sure the hoses are routed correctly. Usually you have the blower hose that is sucking vapors/air OUT of the bilge and another hose bringing fresh air down to the bilge. On my boat on the side with the blower, there is one hose for the blower sucking air out and another to let fresh air in to replace the air sucked out. On the other side vent, there are two hoses set up to bring fresh air into the other side of the bilge. The vents are directional, on the blower side they face rearward and on the vent side they face forward.

Look under the bow. That is where mine is on a H210SS. Granted, different models, but the bow is where you'd like the sound to come from, right? Now if it is the wiring, or fuse then the dash area is where to start exploring.

Went and looked on my Sundowner, the horn mechanism itself is located under the dash, starboard side near the inside of hull. There is a plastic tube like contraption that leads to a vent on the outside of the hull, that is where the "honk" sounds from.
