I have a 1990 sundowner 22.5ft with a 5.7L OMC I/O. Could someone tell me the color coding and wire connections from the ignition switch, (ign., battery and starter terminals) to the kill switch, the ETA switch and any other wires off the ignition switch and where they go. I am new to this forum so please inform me if this post needs changing.

Thank you for your help.
Larry

Welcome to the forums. The Four Winns website used to have owners manuals for older boats but after a recent website overhaul they are temporarily missing. My boat is a 1997 but I looked over my wiring schematic, yours might be different but heres what mine has.

It looks like there are 3 terminals on the ignition switch, B, S and I. B is a purple wire that comes from the 15 amp breaker, then through the safety switch. S is a yellow/red wire that goes to the neutral safety switch then to the starter. I has two purple wires, one goes to the dash, the other back to the engine.

Hope this helps.
