Does anyone know where I can find replacement bows and Bimini canvas in black for my 2001 Sundowner 265.
The last owner lost it or whatever. also need a solenoid for the Q&Q exhaust system

As to your question, depends how much ya wanna spend. Generic biminis can be found at websites like Wholesale Marine and Overtons. Actual factory FW ones can be found at most dealer websites, but they are expensive.

Still cleaning up the boat and fixing all the problems. Have not even started it yet or cleaned it up. Still doing all the mechanicals.
New fuel cell, risers and manifolds, bilge pump, radio, power steering pump, and the list goes on. should be another two weeks or so before the maiden voyage.
