What is a "bow form" ??

Unlikely you will find anything OEM available on a 1987 that was specific to Four Winns.

It is the pointy fitting at the end of the two bow rails where they come together.

Must have been a design flaw, as my buddy has the exact same boat (even same color), with the exact same prob, his bow former came off. The site that Cap'n Morgan provided is good, make sure you get plenty of those allen head screw thingy's that secure the bow former to the rails. Or, you could drill into it and use an actual screw, that way it won't come off again.
