| Post subject: | parts for 195 sundowner wanted |
I have a 1998 sundowner 195 with a cuddy. I need a new latch/lock on the cuddy door. My local retailers are no use. Anyone suggest ideas of where to find such a thing? Maybe it's a generic part? |

First off, welcome! Always glad to see another Sundowner join up here. Tell us about yourself and your boat! Where ya boat at? Lets see some pics of the boat. As to your problem, do you need the whole latch mechanism, or just a lock (tumbler thing)? Those kinds of parts can sometimes be ordered thru a marina, or if you just need the lock, go to a local locksmith, you would be amazed at what these guys can get. |

welcome you can get the lock assembly from lowes or home depot in the door hardware area they come in different depths with multiple latch lengths and bends they are same as safe and mail box locks |
