The bow anchor locker hatch, I have the latch but it is broken and won't, well---latch. I know this will be an issue while cruising it will fly open and slam against the bow, especially going through the chop. Anybody have one that they are willing to part with or know of a website? I've searched a little but figure this was the best place to ask

Mine does that too. I used vinyl foam tape and lined the two sides of the "V" of the locker, and it makes a snug fit for the locker and props it up enough that the latch is under a slight amount of upward pressure and stays in place.

Yeah, no doubt. I'd need duct tape, making the letters that form the word, "bayliner", too

Ok will do. I'll get a picture of it today when I get home from work and post it up. I've not seen a latch like this on other makes, so I am fairly certain it is FourWinns specific. I'm not sure though, you guys might have to tell me that!

That's an awesome website. I didn't see that particular hatch in there, not saying nothing else will work though. This will be a good website to reference when replacing all deck hardware come winter. Thanks Niagara!

That stuff that is adhesive on one side? That is a great idea for the meantime...I just don't want that hatch slamming up and down, especially after I do a high speed buff and polish and get the gel looking sharp!

Yes, something like this. http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Adhesives/Tapes/Products/~/3M-Vinyl-Foam-Tape-4714?N=3294263220+5927712&rt=rud I put it on last season and it is still doing the trick. I will need to replace it after this season, but its a cheap fix and works well and no one will see it.

Sorry haven't got a picture of that hatch latch yet. Had to drop the lower unit on my other boat to adjust shift rod
