I can not for the life of me remove the throttle handle on my Quicksilver Mercury 90221A2 Remote Control. There seems to be a not screw or non bolt in the center of the handle circle. Anyone have luck disassembling this ? |

At the bottom there is a set screw that is a allen head. I got the PDF of the thing. I can e mail it to you. |
