I have a 2006 255 Sundowner without docking lights. I was looking under the Dash/Helm, and there was a wire attached to the terminal block labeled Docking Lights. Is the wiring already run to the front of the boat for these lights? |

From what I understand the wiring is in place. Can you look in from your anchor locker and see any wiring for it? |

I believe FW uses a wiring harness - so if you find the harness that powers your bow lights - you can probably chase it around to find the pigtails for the docking lights. You may have to remove the mirror to find it. |

My 2004 245 Sundowner has a docking light switch on the dash but no dockings lights! The wiring is all there, there are some cables in the anchor locker for the docking lights. Graham |

Docking lights are generally useless lights in the front of the boat that the dealer charges someone huge amounts of money (profit) to have/install. |

Ah, no docking lights fitted on the 205s, but the switch looks great  . But I will wire and use it for the spot lights used when crossing the gulf.
