I have heard that although the 5.0 volvo has 250 HP that it doesnt have a lot of torque and doesnt get out of hole very well. Once again your feed back is appreciated. Thanks

What boat is this engine in? And, who have you "heard" this from ?

If you are referring to your only other post......
It has plenty of torque and power for a 205 sundowner
It's adequate for a 225 Sundowner, that is all.
It's not a good choice for a 245 Sundowner
