Bimini Top Parts

Looking for a replacement piece for my bimini top. The plastic cradle pieces that are screwed to the top of the side windows are broken and will not hold the main strut of my bimini top. I checked the main Four Winns site and they only have actual bimini tops (struts, canvas, etc), not the cradles. Would actually like to replace the plastic with something more substantial. Anyone know of a manufacturer that makes em in steel and/or where to get them??

Are you referring to the little clip that is half-round on the windshield frame, the bimini pole has a round clip that snaps into it? I couldn't find one either. Converted to a different mount, a tab with a hole on the pole end. The windshield mount has a threaded hole that a screw goes through the pole end and secures it that way.

That's the part that comes on the tops now. No problems with mine other than the cable that hold the pin is not stainless and rusts

I have a 245 Sundowner 1998 . I sent a Picture to Fourwinns and they provided part# and I was able to get them from the local dealer in Coldwater Ont . Anything else let me know

I brought mine to a machine shop and had them made in aluminum... the other ones just broke,garbage!!!!Plastic to metal, great idea!!!!

I'm looking for these and having a very hard time finding them. I did find some but they were not the same size. Can someone post a picture of what they used or where I can find them. Thanks
