I don't have a source but I bet if you contacted any marina with a ship store on the Mississippi River they would have one or know how to find one. Most boats on the river use one.

Sorry, not meaning for this to be my 1st post but I stumbled upon this thread from google doing bow ladder research and saw you were looking for the brackets.
