The little digital gauge in the bathroom of my 99 258 Vista that indicates how much of the waste holding tank is filled up has stopped working. Before I start taking out the cabinet to get behind the gauge, I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a fuse for this that I could check. Thanks if anyone has any info on this.

Which model system are you using...Xintex? We have the Xintex system and it does use a small (5amp?) fuse in the DC fuse panel to power the system.

I do believe it is the Xintex. I guess I'll have to check and see if I can find what fuse it is. Do you know if it has its own fuse in the panel?

Thanks for the help.

Yes the circuit for the system had it's own fuse separate from other systems but if I remember correctly it wasn't marked as such. I think it was just marked as a generic accessory fuse. Something else to mention is I did lose power to mine before and it was because the pinch tabs inside the fuse box had lost contact with the fuse blades...might be something to check.

Thanks, I'll check the fuse panel this weekend.

Well I'm not sure which fuse this hooks into, but all the fuses are good, so I would say that is not the issue. When I get a chance I'll have to test the wires that go into the gauge with a multimeter and see if there is power going to it. If so, then I guess I'll have to look into replacing the gauge.
