I've pulled the cockpit carpets and removable cabin carpet. The cockpit carpets are new this year from Snapincarpets.

How do you all like to wash them? Any specific soap? pressure wash gentle? Garden hose only?

I just drag mine home a couple times per year and use my Bissell carpet shampooer on them. Since my carpet is about 9 years old, and I am not sure how often the previous owner cleaned them (not as often as I it seems) my carpet still has some discoloring that doesn't quite come out. It will get me through another season or two I think, but will be due for replacement sooner rather than later.

We have a $.25 car wash near our house. I bring the carpets up, clip them into the floormat clips on the carwash walls, and go to town. That way, no mess at home and I let them drip dry as I wash and vacuum my car out. By the time its time to go, the mats are damp and I hang them up at home to dry.

I tip the Stanley Steamer guy $10 to do them when he's at my house doing my home carpets. Worked great!
