I'm a new owner of a 2003 Vista 268. There is a pump in the stern storage area that you access from the swim platform. There are no hoses connected to the pump. The pump is activated with an accessory switch on the dashboard on the helm. Anyone know what this pump is for?

Thanks

Without seeing a picture, I can only guess ...could it be for blowing up tubes and other inflatables?

+1 It's not a factory original component but sounds like a cool add on and if you can post a pic we can verify for sure. Also congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum!
