I was in such a rush to yank out my seized engine, I forgot to label the hoses.

I know it was a mistake, also forgot to label the electrical connections but they will hopefully be easier to solve. I do have the service manual but it is not clear though has helped with some of them.

Hope some of the more experienced users can point this dork in the right direction

pictures are on this link http://s886.photobucket.com/user/terryf ... boatengine

Pics 1 and 2 Hose 1 from rocker cover to no idea where
Also 2 connections on ‘oil cooler’? no sure what goes to them

Pics 3 and 4, hose 8 from bottom of heat exchanger, not connected, poss to manifold? (If so where is hose to other manifold please?) plus unknown brass hose connector next to oil filter, cannot find hose for it

Pic 5 shows no hoses connected to water pump at present, a fat hose goes from base of heat exchanger to bottom of oil cooler

Pic 6, shows hose 2 connected to heat exchanger, hose 3 not connected, hose 4 to base of engine, hose 5 not connected,

Pic 7 different angles

Pic 8, not sure which way around, hoses 6 and 7 containing oil bot to bottom of engine

Pic 9, J hose 8, I completely forget where I took this off lol.

thanks in advance for any advice
Terry

OK I solved a couple of the problems, connected the water from drive to top of oil cooler, then from that into water pump, then used the missing J hose to connect from water pump to bottom of heat exchanger. Also connected hose number 1 to the flame arrest unit.

still have the other problems to solve if possible plus one I overlooked a thin (approx 1cm) hose that come from right rear of fuel pump, hose is about 24 inches long, have no idea where other end connects

thanks
