Can anyone tell me where the A/C water pump impeller is located on me 2006 278 VIsta. It has been in there since I bought the boat and I would like to change it out for a new one!

There is no impeller to replace. The pump is located just in front of the hot water heater down low.
You can clean the screen but that is all the maintenance needed until the pump goes out and needs replacing.

Thank you for the reply and that is good news. Taking the boat out tomorrow and haven't been on it so I will check the screen then. The boat is 17 years old so I am trying to upgrade every thing and one less maintenance expense is great! A friend said he puts bromine in the strainer to keep algae from forming. My boat is on a lift if that helps. What is your opinion? Sorry for not replying sooner, life!
