Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a clutch adjustment on Maxwell Windlass and if so how it is done.
I'll check my owners manual this weekend but thought I would check with you guys also

No problem.
There is a winch handle somewhere onboard.
In the center of the Maxwell windlass there is a manual handle fitting. Put your handle in there and tighten up the clutch by turning it clockwise.

Thats it!

Best regards

Thanks Barry,

That was so easy I now feel silly for asking the question
