The cheapest way is to search the entire US for a used one. You will need luck, patience and alot of time with this route.

Otherwise, you can have one made in a week or two from a manufacturer for somewhere between $3,000 to $4,000.

No problem, but used would be the least expensive way to go. I looked for a trailer for our 268 a few years ago, and had a hard time finding one used. So I gave up. You can ask a dealer to look for one, they may have more resources than we do.

I would look hard at an aluminum I beam trailer. My brotherinlaw bought one for his 240 Sea Ray last year for 3k. Nice trailer for a good price. It was a Venture trailer, but there are several manufacturers to choose from

If you wanted a top notch painted steel trailer and can't find a deal on a Four Winns trailer, you could order from Prestige or Heritage, I've owned both and both are better trailers than the OEM Four Winns trailer.

There are also the Aluminum I-Beam trailers, but don't short change yourself here, I see SO MANY dealerships who have no clue how to size a trailer to a boat and you see so many boats with 2+' of the stern only being supported by cypress bunks and no cross members (sure fire way to develop a hull hook)
