Might be worth checking out. I googled him and he's a big time real estate agent in Brazil with tons of listings.
If his evaluation on the lots are right or even if they're only worth half as much.... you do the math.
The problem is you'll have to sell them to get a new cruiser. ... and that could take a while in this economy.

Not for nothing but if you are looking for a grate deal on a new boat due to the economy then you better be ready to give a good deal on yours. the value of you boat is $37,500. and you turned down $49.000 CASH . Your boat is not worth unrealistic numbers and the new one is free. save your money and keep your boat.
FYI you can buy a 2009 FW 258 for $60,000,

Not sure where you come up with 37K because I was just on NADA last night and AVERAGE retail as optioned is 54K for the boat and Average retail for the trailer is $4300.00

If you are looking to steal a boat, then mine certainly isn't the one for you.... As I said, there are numerous 248 Vistas out there and there just happens to be another 06 just like mine, with less options for 54K.

Honestly, I'll keep the boat and enjoy it before I will give it away.
