I am just the opposite. I have the walls and roof, but no slab. Lucky for me I helped my buddy build his house and he owns a concrete company. This summer it will get the slab, electricity, and insulation so I don't have to winterize the boat anymore. We get some great days during the winter and I want to be able to take the boat out.

Finally got that cover. Made a frame for it out of 2" PVC. Here's a couple of pix.

A few of the frame pieces, using PVC fittings, a few of them threaded to allow easy assembly:
