Sure you can, it's a simple job. It's just a matter of running some wires and bolting it down. The hardest part will be making sure you've got big enough holes and enough access to string the wires with the connectors still attached. Most radome wiring is NOT designed to be spliced. So if you have to go removing connectors it can get hairy. The Raymarine setup in our 348 runs down the starboard side of the radar arch, through the gunwale, down into the engine compartment, up along the starboard gunwale and up into the helm. The only place that's tight is the joint where the arch meets the deck. That hole is just barely big enough to accommodate the radar's wire.
I ran ethernet and power wires through that same area for our wifi gear. The trickiest part was dropping the wires down through the other hole that's used for the arch speakers. One of those small mirrors on an extension handle helped. But once I got the wires though the arch mount the rest was easy.
Just make sure you secure the wire, as you really don't want a heavier wire banging around loose. It'd end up wearing through or breaking. So use tie-downs for it to keep it in place once you get it all set up.
