I have a 2005 Vista 268 with a radar arch. The zipper strips (2 different sizes) that attach to the radar arch and zip to the two bimini tops have disintegrated due to the sun. Our dealer went out of business a couple of years ago. I will have to order the parts from a dealer far from us to get the parts. My question is: does anyone know the parts numbers of the two zipper strips? Thanks for the help.

You might also consider contacting Great Lakes Boat Canvas as they're the suppliers of the tops. They make them for a number of vendors (FW, searay, etc). If they don't have the length info on file you could probably just measure your existing ones and have them make it. Either that or any local boat canvas shop should be able to do the same.

I go the quote. Unbelievable!!! Over $250 for two zipper stips (they call them valences). I am getting the local canvas shop to replace the zippers for $30.

Yeah, they're a lot more expensive than seems reasonable. But from what I've read elsewhere that's a typical price for the strips. Still, ouch!

WOW! Makes me wonder if I should pull the zipper strips out and store them until I want to put the top up. That's crazy!

I happened to run across a site with what appears to be the track inserts @ $1.50/foot:
