My ladder bent, hinges snapped all at once with the help of the uninvited 300 plus pounder.
The two ladders which will work (1993-1999) are no loger in production. I haven't been able to locate an after market that will work and appears I have four options:
1. Wait 6 weeks for the 031-1524 to be manufactured ($300)
2. Have one custom made ($300-$400)
3. Add a platform ladder
4. Try to find a dealer with one laying around or a salvage/used dealer

I have to assume I'm not the first one to face this dilema, any ideas?
Thanks
Don

Can you retrofit a different make/model of ladder?

Any pictures might help?

That's what I've been trying to do. The stern is different in that the ladder mounts on top,(cannot mount under) of the swim platform. The stern under the platform then continues at an angle farther away from the stern. Thus the ladder cannot hang plumb. I'll take a pic later and post it.
Thanks
Don

Random question... Maybe now is a good time for an extended swim platform? I'm not sure if this is a ladder for the platform or re-use of the factory ladder...

Seems like a ladder from a Bayliner, Rinker, SeaRay bowrider could be adapted from the looks of it.

Thanks for the replies. Sorry for the delays, we were on the water all weekend. I'm looking into the platforms but they might be cost prohibitive, plus additional rac fees, $10 per foot per month. As for other boat manufactors, I haven't seen a stern design like the four winns. If anyone knows of one please pass it on.
