I called on them, they told me $189,740.00 Dosnt seem like much of a sale to me.... :( That was for either of them that they have listed

Lame price for sure. Maybe they should re-phrase it as a "long sale" because it will be a "long" time before they sell em' at that price. :P

Head a few miles north for this (only sligtly shorter) short sale 318 in St. Pete. :wink:
