I opened up my boat (2004 268 Vista) this spring and there was about a pint of antifreeze that leaked out from somewhere (black tank side). I am convinced it was my black water tank, so I removed it from the boat. I filled it with water and put a little pressure to it with a bike pump, but couldn't duplicate the problem. The clamps were rusted and there were some stains under the tank. I did also get a nasty aroma at one point last year when I opened my engine hatch. It is most likely the case that the putty dried up and allowed a slow leak to develope where the discharge hose attaches to the tank. I am curious if anyone has replaced that tank and what the cost was. If it is cheap enough, I would rather replace it than put the same one back, even though I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Again, looking for prices. Thanks.
