Unusual thing to report:
The cockpit icemaker we had originally made the compartment very very warm/hot.
given that I was going to improve the airflow by adding two thermostat controlled fans.
But to my surprise, the new freeezer ir running very cool. We have experienced 85degF day with the compartment doors closed and it is very cool inside. Thinking of ditching the idea of fans! When they said this thing was so effieicient, they werent kidding. wow for $179. I am so happy.
