On the 318 the head mirrors are glued onto the cabinet faces. One 318 I looked at before I purchased mine, had on of the three mirrors off. If your not careful, you can grab the mirror and not the cabinet door itself when you go to open it up. I think this might have happened once or twice on my center mirror.

Any idea what type of adhesive would work best to reaffix it? I'd rather remove it and re-glue it on there on my terms, than have it let loose while we are under way.

I am not familiar with your model or the mirrors but the last time I was doing a job in the house that involved sticking a mirror on to a vertical surface a glass shop suggested the following: get a tube of construction adhesive (clear silicone or Selleys/Liquid Nails mirror adhesive) and a roll of double sided adhesive foam tape from a hardware store. Put a few strips of tape on the back of the mirror and use a caulk gun to apply some beads of adhesive in the remaining space. The double sided tape will hold the mirror in place while the adhesive sets. Has always worked for me.
