Oh yeah, it's boat first, Right ????

But, with bad brakes, the 268 will push a Durango right throuh a slippery intersection, don't ask how I know.

Oh I remember how...and when you told me the story I was like   . Can't believe you attempted to tow your boat with a Durango, you ALMOST had a MAJOR accident.

Nice 2003 268 in Indianapolis. When they state "OBO" there is usually some room to move on price. No genset, but trailer has new brakes !
Might be worth a look. Probably too late for Fire, but who knows. He has been pretty quiet lately, for someone who may have bought a (new to him) boat.

Interesting find Capn. See it on any other sites with any more info? We are locked in....jumping through hoops with the bank. Funny I told my wife this would happen. We would sell our GREAT boat, and either be stuck not finding a boat we like, or playing games with the bank on the new loan...

I can beat that deal by a long way, plus I have brakes on all 4 wheels. Don't you like tan instead of green!!

Thanks Capn, we'll be headed to the municipal in Grand Haven Friday night. Weather looks good.

If you make it further north to Muskegon on saturday or sunday, don't forget that this is
Bike Time this weekend. Lots of motorcycles, bands, events etc. A real good time.

We will try to get out on Lake Michigan saturday afternoon. If you are out, give me a call on VHF channel 68. Maybe we can meet halfway.

Back to topic.......

ks's boat would have been a great choice for Fire, regardless of no A/C and genset, especially for the price ! That's the way it goes sometimes.

Both nice boats, thats for sure. Funny on that boat Cap'n posted is green. Both my Sea Ray 185 was green, and so was my 225 Sundowner. I just paid for this today, closing tomorrow, should be here in a few days....

I'm VERY happy to report, search is over.

Very cool ..........

Congratulations!

Our two prior boats were green too. Plus the Suburban is green (as were the two before this one). Never really shopped for green, just happened. Would have been nice to have the Vista green.

This is the boat we have been after all along, the original one we wanted when the sale of our 225 fell through. Low and behold we sold our 225 for our asking price, 3k above what we would have gotten in March, although we are paying 1k more for the 268 than we agreed on in March. We made out good :).

I'm happy the boats blue, my truck is blue, and I was getting tired of green boats!

Did you get the punch list on this boat taken care of? As I recall, it had a quite a few "issues" to address before it was ready to go.
