Congradulations on the 378 purchase and welcome! Your a lucky duck, if money were no object, that would be the model we would go for, they are a great looking boat, inside and out.
There are a few 378 owners on here that will chime in soon I'm sure.

I use photobucket to post images, if you go to http://beta.photobucket.com/ and sign up (it's free) you should be able to figure it out, the site provides information on how to post images.

cheers

Welcome to the V378 family. Great boat, you will enjoy it. Not sure where you're located, but if in storage for the winter months, I'm convinced this might feel like one of the longest winter season

New owner here as well...2004 378 Hardtop.

Question for you all. I winterize in-water each year and I was looking at the new boat to see hoe things had to be done. The strainers in the cabin bilge are tucked under the edges of the floor. I have a Sea Flush unit (www.seaflush.com) but the height is no longer there and I can't use it.

How do you guys winterize...if you have too.

Thanks,

Marty

Marty, I don't do the winterizing and have it done by a marine shop. I'll ask the question next time I'm there. I would think that taking the top off both strainers and feeding them antifreeze with a funnel should do the job.

We dont 'in-water' winterize here. The marina techs run the 'red stuff' antifreeze thru the system and both sea strainers are filled with it when I commission the boat in the spring. Sorry, cant be too much help on that one.
