Hi, have a question regarding shore power? Are you able to run the radio off shore power? Cabin lights etc? I had the boat connected to shore power and the radio did not work as well as the cabin light, I switched the frig and it did come on? Any suggestions????

Remember that your radio and cabin lights run on 12 volt DC, so you must have your battery switch on and the appropriate 12 volt beakers on for the 12 volt items you wish to use to function.

Mike.

+1 and to add, your fridge probably runs on both, AC and DC, and has a built in automatic switch, to switch to and from DC when the AC current is or isn't there. Just remember, when not on the AC, that your fridge's DC switch on the panel needs to be on to keep running..
