I do not have power to helm gauges or ignition. Everything else seems to work. earlier in the day I was running the generator, and I may have moved the battery switch while the generator was running. This size boat is new to me, this is the first full year I will own the boat. I have had the boat out and running (including the morning before I was playing with the generator) Are there separate breakers or fuses for the helm gauges and ignition? Can you run the generator while the boat is under way ? |

Is the kill switch lanyard connected? |

Breakers on the front of the port side exhaust manifold. Or the lanyard like acguy mentioned. |

Thank you both for your ideas. I will look at the landyard tonight after work. I was checking fuses for a problem with the toilet, I may have pulled the landyard. One problem at a time. Thank you again for your help. I will keep you posted. |

Thank you NiagaraChillin and acguy, the landyard was not completely connected, it was still hanging on the switch but off center enough to not depress the switch, if that makes any sense. I am now onto the next project. I keep blowing fuses when I turn on the macerator pump to pressurize the system for the toilet, The fuse does not blow until I hit the switch in the head for the toilet. Someone suggested that the motor for the pump may be going out. I used the toilet late last year without a problem. Because the boat is new to me, would it be a good idea to replace the motor or try something else first ? |

No prob, glad it was a simple fix. Ain't it a great feeling when you solve a problem with such an easy solution? I know my wallet loves when that happens. As far as your new project, I will have to bow out on that one since I don't have never used a macerator. |

I learned that the hard way. Had my little guy (4 yrs old) pull the lanyard one day at our favourite anchorage. Went to start the boat nothing. It was a after several minutes and slight panic setting in that I found it unhooked. Lesson learned and he lost his privileged of sitting at the helm for a while and I will never forget that one!!! |
