My 2007 v288 windlass foot pedals are no longer working. The windlass console control button works fine. Any ideas? I read something about a separate breaker for the foot pedals but I can't find it.

There is an automotive type fuse in the anchor locker for the foot pedals. My slip neighbor with a 298 had the same issue

We had the issue that the contacts in the foot switch was dirty. I opened up the switch and cleaned the contacts. No more intemittent issues.

It was an automotive type of fuse. It uses a 3 amp blade fuse. I had to take the liner off of the V berth above the mirror to be able to remove the mirror to get to the anchor locker access porthole. It is tight! The fuse is in front of the windlass motor dangling off a wire so replacing it was not very fun since it moved every time you tried to seat the fuse. Taking off the top deck anchor locker access porthole helps a lot by letting in light so you can see.
