Don't know. Don't recall paying much attention to where it was in mine. I had a clock problem, but that turned out to be the clock itself (and the replacement has also failed). I live without the clock.
But you're right to think the ground bar. Especially if it was all of the gauges at the same time. Do the schematics in the owners manual mention it? I just gave them a quick look-through and the port/starboard gauges are wired into separate plugs back there. They show the yellow return lines (that's boat color for ground) going to ring terminal connections to a location flagged "13". I don't remember if the manual shows where the location flags are on the boat itself. I was reading this in the PDF on page 219. But then that set of schematics is based on the harness that includes a helm breaker panel. My 2005 does not have a panel at the helm. I have one down in the cabin and another back at the transom door (which doesn't match the layout shown in the manual).
