Hello to all , I have a 2007 278 vista and I am interested to install fresh water and waste tank sensor, any suggestions and recommendations. thanks |

Dometic, not xintex. And be sure to avoid putting the fitting for it too far back. When the boat comes up on plane youre better off avoiding putting a lot of the tank contents hard up on fitting. Theyre sealed but theres always the chance of leaks. Better to head it off by making a good placement choice instead. There are external tank sensors that use a foil pickup. Theyre pricey. I havent used one so i cant comment. Just STAY AWAY from the xintex/firebuoy units, theyre crap. |
