 Post subject: V-berth cushions

Any suggestions on how to clean the slip covers on the v-berth cusions? Some pencil-dot type mold stains to remove . Any tips :?:

iFourwinns, I think he was talking about the fabric covers of the cabin v-berth, guessing the stuff you recommended might be a bit to harsh.

My wife cleans them in the laundry tub with some Wool-ite and I believe some of the Oxy-Clean added. You do need to let them hang dry, don't use the dryer.

I have removed ours and thrown them in the washer on gentle cycle. Just air dry or they will shrink.

Had a mold problem from a water leak in our boat. Lots of mold and WF took the boat back as a warrenty issue. (Long story about this issue)

They (FW) used a local truck mounted carpet cleaner guy to clean the whole inside. It came out great. Maybe even a smaller hand held model would work?
