For what it's worth, I had used their "contact us" form to ask for help finding part numbers for my boat. Since I hadn't heard back in over a week I called. Four Winns doesn't feel like it's a big part of what they do there, just judging from how they answer the phone, and that I got routed to a guy who answered the phone "Glastron".

Anyway, he told me that the IT dept had just switched to a different system and he couldn't look up parts. Took my number and promised to call back when the system was working, but I won't be holding my breath...

Have you tried the parts book online or a local dealer? I'd call them back...

I have definitely spent *hours* in the online parts catalog. I think the same people designed it who did healthcare.gov... I had 4 questions I couldn't answer with the on-line catalog.

To their credit, Four Winns did call me back, and had all the info I needed, and even were able to tell me they have almost everything I was interested in buying in stock, except they no longer make the hull decal that dresses up the border between the blue and white gelcoat.
