Does anyone know the manufacturer of this faucet? ![]() I need to replace the rubber washer on the bottom of this stem...but unfortunately it is not held in by a screw. ![]() ![]() Leave it to a ten year old to keep cranking it off...and wonder why the cold water isn't coming on? |

I don't know who made that faucet, but the setup looks the same as many bathroom valves. The Rubber washer just snaps over that post. You can get a faucet washer assortment from Home Depot or Walmart, or you can get the washer from a plumbing supply store. Just pull the old washer off, and push the new one on using a small socket or similar to help push it over the post. |

I didn't try to pull it off, but that makes sense. I'm used to seeing a screw there to remove and then have it come off. |

Nice! Although that won't help this leak. Does that one still have the shut off on it, and do you have a picture of how it looked against the sink? |

www.defender.com has those fixtures listed... I had to replace the nozzle last year and was able to find one there. Not sure if they have just the replacement valve stem though... ![]() |
