I replaced my old pump assembly with a new Jabsco twist and lock model, and the pump action works fine, but after using it for the past couple of days, the plunger handle will not seat properly so that it can be twisted and locked into place. Is this normal, anything I can be looking at to fix this issue?

Thanks.

Did the T handle unscrew a couple turns on the pump shaft. If so, the handle will turn freely but may not go down far enough to allow it to engage the lock. Mine did this because the pump o ring's grease had been washed away and the pump was hard to move or rotate. I pulled the top cover and plunger, greased the o ring and tightened the handle. Now It works like new. You can find a parts diagram and videos on line if there are any questions.
