Post subject:  Voltage drop/power loss

Hello everyone, new to this site.
I have a Vista 268 and since installing blue top batteries have had electrical issues. Recently the voltage dropped to the bottom of the gauge and the alarm sounded...before long I lost complete power. Anyone ever experienced this and if so what's the fix.

Thanks for any help!!

Have you cleaned and checked all your connections? Have you put a meter to see if the battery is dead or not?

Paul I, doing that in the morning. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this that could lead me in the right direction.

I had a similar problem ended up being my breakers popped. Two red buttons in the engine bay next to the isolator.

Those breakers protect the alternator output, they sit between the alternator and isolator - so that could be your issue. Although your batteries wouldn't drain quickly, but over time depending on the load.
