I know someone on here replaced their fuel vents (can't find the thread now) and I need to do it as mine have now completely broken off...(old pic)

Here's what mine look like from the back

and I found this replacement

But I really want to use these, are they the same?

It seems to suggest that the black plastic one has some kind of an anti-siphon that does nopt require an anti-siphon loop on the hose...at least thats what the website says....

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

I bought these

to replace what my boat has

From what I can tell, I just need to remove the originals and drill a bigger hole in the gel coat. Unfortunately that'll have to wait until I launch as there is no room between my boat and the boat next to me.

I'd buy the ones you linked to in your last post, should be an exact replacement.

Hi Chris, Did you get your vents changed?
Mine are shot to bits, probably like your old ones - the plastic has got brittle and broken off in bits on the outside so i need to change mine too.
Liking the look of the Attwood P trap flush vents and was thinking of these myself so thought i'd ask if you'd changed them and how they look...

Jsyphil,

Sorry I haven't replaced them yet. I am still trying to figure out which ones would work best for what I want. I really wanted the flush mount because I like the look and feel they would hold up best, but can't find them with the P-trap. I also wanted to go to stainless and it looks like the attwood ones are just silver plastic.

So I haven't pulled the trigger...yet.
